Holly Richmond, DVM
Dr. Richmond, originally from Portland, Oregon, spent nine years in Ft. Collins, CO, while obtaining an undergraduate degree in equine sciences, and then a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2007.
Dr. Richmond takes great pride in and pays special attention to all of our patients’— and their human family’s—needs. She manages our hospital, and also brings medical and technical skills to the practice, oftentimes triaging emergencies and caring for our hospitalized patients.
Dr. Richmond obtained a Masters in Public Health (MPH) in 2020 from Georgia Southern University in epidemiology, and is currently preparing for the board exam for diplomate status in the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. Her focus is on One Health (the interaction of human, animal and environmental health), disaster medicine, and zoonotic infectious disease epidemiology.
